Here’s what this means in practice (using New York as the example):
Currently:
- New York is 4 hours behind London.
- New York is 9.5 hours behind India.
- New York is 12 hours behind Hong Kong.
- New York will be 5 hours behind London.
- New York will be 10.5 hours behind India.
- New York will be 13 hours behind Hong Kong.
