Its been two years since we released the book and CD “நம்பிக்கை தேசம் (Nambikkai Dhesam)”, Tamil poems written by Dr. R. Arumuganathan. It was a very great experience working with the professor. I had worked on the multimedia part of it – making the book available in electronic form. It has got good response (around 800 copies sold) so far despite being sold only at PSG Tech. The funds raised by selling these books has been contributed to the studies of poor students. Now, We are looking to make these contents accessible on the web. Evaluating the options available in this space. Give us your suggestions by commenting on this post. Need to consider the fact that each poem file is around 1 MB in size. Update: On 8-Apr-2010, one of the PSG Tech alumnus Mr.Gowthaman has paid USD 350 for 300 Nambikkai Desam Books.
