Good news for Java Developers!

Here is a good news for all the Java developers. Google App Engine, a service meant for hosting your web applications on Google's infrastructure, has started to support Java.

What does this mean??

You can write your own web applications and host them on reliable and highly scalable Google's infrastructure. You can also use lots of other Google Services like DataStore API (for accessing Google's Big Table), Mail API, URLFetch API, etc.

Here are some of the applications I have developed using Google App Engine using Python SDK.

• URL Shortener
• Stat Engine
• Visual Commenting on Blogger
